Here is my hope. PDB knows this probably isn't the smartest decision but he is sending a message to Marty. Collect your HOF ring when you retire but play better if you expect to be treated like you have been for the past 15+ years.

It seems like they've been trying to get him going for a long time now. I'm pretty neutral on this decision, I really don't have faith in either of them (part of this is the defence allowing a lot of golden opportunities too).
