There is some truth to what he says. He never did get put into a position to succeed in Jersey and certainly not on Long Island. I think his play in the second half of last year when he got top 6 minutes showed a lot.

He's full of ****. I'm tired of that argument. Yes, he started out in the top 6 with Elias and Gio but then got hurt. This is true. Zubrus came on that line, played well and took his place. But instead of doing all he could on the 3rd line to get back in the top 6, he sulked and made excuses. And lets be real, playing with Madden and Clarkson isn't exactly a death sentence.

And then when Langenbrunner got hurt in the playoffs against Carolina, Rolston got his shot and still played like ****.
