This team needs a fucking drill sargeant as coach. They need someone to instill toughness, even if it takes a couple of years. That isn't a knock at DeBoer, but it is something the team has lacked since Burns. And this team needs it more than that team given that team had A psyco as a captain.

It's a decided advantage at 7-3 in the powerplay count. Not like the Panthers were doing anything except on the PP. They were brutal.

i just think its fucking comical that bernier and stephen gionta showed up to play but no one else did. marty had a good game but that mistake at the end was a fucking rookie move.

We were worse. If it was 2-1, you could make a case, they couldn't have scored in a whorehouse tonight if they had all night to do it.

They score in bunches or they don't score. Everything about this team is wrong as a playoff team. You need to consistantly play, you can't just hope to land a big punch at the right time in a game. Today's game was flat garbage outside of maybe the first 10 minutes or so and that didn't feel like a playoff game either.

At some point you have to call a spade a spade, they're gutless losers and the last remnants are 1,000 years old and will probably be gone in succession over the next two offseasons. In a house money season, they're still managing to find a way to disappoint me. That's impressive.

I think Ottawa is the favorite at this point, unless the Rangers are alot better team when they can't sit around protecting leads. They're already tired as is, that's the other fucking awful thing about this, we could be in the middle of a league-wide wipeout and we're going to lose to the Florida Fucking Panthers.

Probably wouldn't play them, who the hell knows, the winner of that could lose to Ottawa or something, I mean, other than St. Louis, all the top top teams might be gone after the first round. I don't think the Flyers are a top tier team.
