Jets hold first development camp

The Winnipeg Jets will hold their first development camp, July 9-13, at the MTS Iceplex.

The camp will include most of the team’s top prospects, including players selected at last week’s NHL Draft, such as first-round pick Jacob Trouba.

Other players attending include 2011 first-round selection Mark Scheifele, along with Jason Gregoire and Carl Klingberg, both of whom spent last season with St. John’s of the AHL.

They will all be on full display for Jets faithful at the club's 2012 development camp next month.

On Wednesday, the Jets announced details of their July 9-13 development camp at the MTS Iceplex. Among the participants are top prospects such as 2012 first-round draft choice Jacob Trouba, Mark Scheifele (the team's top pick from a year ago) and Lukas Sutter, Jason Gregoire, Carl Klingberg and Ivan Telegin.
