Syracuse Crunch defenseman Keith Aulie watches the updates from the NHLPA fly into his email, and he tries to remain optimistic.
“I still think we can be playing by the start of December, the end of November,” Aulie said of himself and his fellow locked-out NHLers.
Aulie is genuine in his outlook, but it’s one that grows harder to slap a smile on by the hour.
