According to reports, the Philadelphia Flyers have re-signed Jakub Voracek. The contract is worth $17.0 million for 4 years.
The 22 year old right wing played in 78 games for the Flyers in 2011-12, putting up 18 goals and 31 assists as well as a +11 rating. The 18 goals is a career high for Vorcek who is a native of the Czech Republic.
Voracek came to the Flyers on June 23rd of 2011 from the Columbus Blue Jackets along with a first round pick and a third round pick in exchange for Jeff Carter.
