| The Quebec Remparts continue to hold onto the top spot in Week 4 of the BMO CHL MasterCard Top 10 Rankings. The Remparts have a 7-1-0-0 record sit atop the rankings. The Blainville-Broisband Armada sits second in the rankings wit ha 6-1-0-1 record, while the Halifax Mooseheads round out the QMJHL teams in the rankings at fifth overall with a record of 6-1-0-0. The Rimouski Oceanic received an honourable mention for the list with a 6-1-0-1 record. The Cape Breton Screaming Eagles announced 17-year-old defenceman Jean Simon Deslauriers has left the team. The Trois-Rivieres native allegedly has decided to take some time to re-evaluate his future in hockey. Deslauriers was the Screaming Eagles first round pick (12th overall) in the 2011 QMJHL Draft. He posted 1 goal and 7 assists in 54 career games with the team. |
