The New York Rangers won this years first marathon playoff over time game when Marian Gaborik scored at 14:41 of triple overtime. The game was long and grueling and by the end it felt like I was watching rec league hockey the players were so exhausted!
The Nashville Predators win game three with out Alex Radulov or Andrei Kostitsyn. Would they be better off with out them again in game four? Read Andrew Hirsc post at Bleacher Report on just that. Craig Smith and Jordan Tootoo returned to the lineup in their absence but had little impact. Pekka Rinne posted the shut out being the difference maker.
Roman Cervenka has signed with the Calgary Flames for a one year deal at $3.775 million. Thomas Strangward breaks down what that means to the Flames in his article at The Hockey Writers suggesting that Ollie Jokinen may be done as a Flame.

The Toronto Maple Leafs have several key free agent players to address this off season. Nikolai Kulemin, Cody Franson most notably and Lukas Hardonk at The Hockey Guys looks at who they need to resign.
Marc Bergegin is the new GM of the Montreal Canadiens and David O'Connor has an insightful piece up at the Hockey Writers about the work he has ahead of him as GM. A potential buy out of Scott Gomez, resigning or trading P.K. Subban, coaching decisions and more. TSN's Scott Cullen has also posted his Off season Game Plan article on The Habs as well.
The Ottawa Senators also have off season decisions to make. Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun has his top five suggestions from the obvious, resigning Daniel Alfredsson, and Erik Karlsson to more extreme suggestions including trade or buyouts of Sergei Gonchar and Bobby Butler.
Dougie Hamilton was named the OHL defenseman of the year.
The CHL Championship match-ups are set with The Niagara Ice Dogs facing The London Knights in the OHL, and The Portland Winter Hawks playing the Edmonton Oil Kings in the WHL.

Dmitry Chesnokov of Yahoo Sports has tweeted (@dchesnokov) that two more Russian born players will play in the KHL next season. Maxim Mayorov of the Columbus Blue Jackets, and Kirill Petrov of the New York Islanders. Mayorov would be owned in some deeper fantasy leagues.
