I've been like 125 pounds for the past 5 years

Fat isn't going to help you. You need a balanced diet high in protein and a serious workout schedule. Not getting fat.

True. But being able to consume larger amounts of food than usual can't hurt. I just don't want to be blown over when a strong gust of wind comes by
