The Blues have announced the signing of 2011 draft pick, Ty Rattie. Rattie spent this past season in the WHL with the Portland Winterhawks where he put up 121 points.

This kid a goal scorer, pure and simple. I am very happy to see that the Blues got him under contract. I am looking forward to the day we get to see him at the NHL level.
