Hundreds of teenage hockey players were fitted for National Hockey League jerseys this weekend at the NHL draft in Pittsburgh, with each one believing heís going to make it in the big time.
But itís hard to imagine that any one of those kids will pack the kind of NHL experience in the next two years that Tyler Seguin has in the two years since he donned the Bruins [team stats] cap and jersey on the Staples Center floor in Los Angeles.
ďYeah, I canít believe itís already been two years,Ē mused Seguin, the No. 2 pick in 2010 behind Edmontonís Taylor Hall. ďAnd I canít believe all the things that have happened since then.Ē
