The Aaron Rome hit!
Aaron Rome got a four game suspension for his hit on Nathan Horton in game 3, was it justified? What do you guys think? Too many, not enough or should there have been no suspension?
Did the seriousness of the injury dictate the length of suspension? If Horton had jumped right up would Rome had only received a 2 minute minor?
Curious to hear what you all think?
So if the suspension was based on Horton missing the rest of the Finals, what happens if Horton returns to play? Does Rome get back in?
Another question I got is what would have happened if the roles were reversed and it was Chara hitting Lapierre? Funny how when its a 6th defenseman hitting a first line player he gets a record breaking suspension but I guaranteed if it was Chara hitting Lapierre he would have gotten NOTHING!
