yeah i've tried to cut soda out as well but whenever someone puts an orange or grape soda in front of me I just can't say no to that.
I stopped for about six months, probably lost 40lbs. I started again and have gained weight again. It's no coincidence.

I think they care too much, to be honest. It's like they go out of their way to prove they're doing something. Is **** Pound going to get mad at them, otherwise? Or whoever does that now?
