Also, for those who have asked about the conditional 2012 pick that was part of Tony Romano-Ben Walter 2009 trade with Isles, [Islanders] keep it. The Devils were supposed to get the conditional 7th round pick from Isles. Conditions were not met. Islanders keep the pick.

I was actually thinking about this the other day. Although I didn't ask TG about cause I just assumed we didn't meet the conditions given that Romano hasn't done anything with his career.
