The foam roll is amazing. Have you taken a class on how to properly stretch on it? I had one of those and took a class in high school. My goalie coach had us all take it so that we were more flexible and because it actually makes you taller and gives you a bigger wingspan. I probably remember most of the stretches.

I just got this DVD with it, which was OK, but there is a yoga instructor at the hockey gym where I go. And she is hot. I might take some lessons with her. I just tried some of the exercises on the DVD and it was pretty incredible. Plus the target point muscle the coach showed me today. That was just unreal, you press on a point where it does NOT hurt, and the back goes like, ahhhh no more pain.

Thinking a little, and reading that Booker thread, I would like to post one reaction to Jim's reaction earlier.

Yes, one can't compare a country in Europe with the U.S. But I also, constantly, see people completely ignore that what they think is a non-working system, does work in other countries. That is not healthy, either.

i'm still trying to convert her to a devils fan. she's from NJ, but moved to Maryland for college, met a guy, became a Caps fan. they've since broken up, but she's still a Caps fan. it's time to come home.
