you just need to work on the flow alittle bit. i tried to help without changing much of what you said.

i've always had problems with flow while writing. i've always been told that i have great ideas but i have a difficult time saying them properly.

I have a difficult time expressing myself in writing also.

So I typically like to keep it simple. Use as few words as possible that convey your message quickly and succinctly. I’m speaking purely in professional terms.

it takes practice. wasn't bad overall. and i'm by no means an expert.

i used to date an english major. man that was the best. i could write in caveman speak and he'd make me sound like a pulitzer prize winner.

i also agree on the less is more mantra from Jim. Especially in technical writing. just sat it. don't beat around the bush.
