I kinda hate this because nothing else than a win is even remotely good. Fucking dangerous when everyone expects them to win.

No one was willing to reveal the meaning of the dice. There are 16 visible dots – the number of wins needed to capture the Stanley Cup – but the players would not confirm that was the symbolism there.
“It’s a secret,” Kovalchuk said.
“It’s symbolic,” backup goaltender Johan Hedberg said. “It’s like a Dan Brown novel.”
Regardless of the meaning (I’ll keep digging for the answer), it’s just another example of the tight bond between the players on this team as they gear up for what they hope will be a long postseason run.
“We’ve never done anything like that in the past,” Devils captain Zach Parise said of the T-shirts, sweatshirts and hats. “It’s cool.”
