Wayne Gretzky makes Stanley Cup final plans

As the Los Angeles Kings paraded alumni through home games in the Western Conference final, one great — the Great One — was notably absent.

Wayne Gretzky — who played for the Kings, then co-owned and coached the Coyotes — didn't want to play favourites. But according to ESPN.com, Gretzky will resurface at the Staples Center during the Stanley Cup final.

“For sure, I’ll be at Game 3,” Gretzky told the website Wednesday.
