The Kings took home the Best Upset award at the 20th annual ESPYs at the Nokia Theatre on Wednesday.
After going 16-4 in the playoffs and being the first No. 8 seed to win the Stanley Cup, captain Dustin Brown, Dustin Penner and Matt Greene took home the ESPY.
"It's pretty special winning the ESPY," Brown said. "It's a pretty good run we've had lately winning the Stanley Cup. Getting recognized outside of our sport is pretty special, and thanks a lot to all of our fans and ESPN."
