But now, Dustin Byfuglien is set to go toe-to-toe with what may be his most formidable foe yet: the United States criminal justice system.
Monday morning, Byfuglien will appear in a downtown Minneapolis courtroom to argue his Lake Minnetonka impaired-boating case should be tossed out before a jury ever hears it.
