Jordan Nolan, who played a big role in the success of the Los Angeles Kings' productive fourth line during the team's run to the 2012 Stanley Cup, was one of 15 players assigned Friday to the club's American Hockey League affiliate, the Manchester Monarchs.



...Also sent to Manchester was Tanner Pearson, the team's 2012 first-round draft pick. The 20-year-old left wing had 91 points in 60 games for the Barrie Colts of the Ontario Hockey League last season.

Other sent to Manchester were forwards Andy Andreoff, Robert Czarnik, Brandon Kozun, Andrei Loktionov, Brian O'Neill, Nikolay Prokhorkin, Tyler Toffoli, Linden Vey and Jordan Weal; defensemen Nicolas Deslauriers and David Kolomatis; and goalies J.F. Berube and Martin Jones.
