The Adirondack Phantoms will open training camp at the Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees on Saturday, Sept. 29. On-ice workouts will begin around 9:15 a.m., and a second afternoon session is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Camp will continue through Sunday, Oct. 7.

As part of camp, the Phantoms will host the Albany Devils for an exhibition game at the Skate Zone on Tuesday, Oct. 2 at 2 p.m. The game is free and open to the public, as is all of camp.

Since the Flyers aren't around thanks to the lockout, the organization is making it pretty clear that they'd love for you to come to Phantoms camp and spend your money and whatnot. They're doing a bunch of free stuff on Saturday for the first day of camp in an attempt to get you in the door, including a free clinic hosted by Bob Kelly (11 a.m. to noon) and an autograph session with Bill Barber and Phantoms coach Terry Murray (12:30 p.m until 1:30).
