Flyers checking forward Ruslan Fedotenko is officially day-to-day with an injury suffered in the first period Donbass' last game; one match after Fedotenko scored a hat trick and dominated in the faceoff circle going head-to-head against Evgeni Malkin.

Today, Fedotenko's Ukraine-based KHL team is in Russia to take on one of the league's powerhouses; defending Gagarin Cup champion Dynamo Moscow. Boasting a circuit-leading 45 points, Dynamo is currently powered by the likes of Alexander Ovechkin, Nicklas Bäckström, Richard Gynge (last year's top goal-scorer in Sweden's Elitserien) and defenseman Filip Novak.
