For just the ninth time in franchise history, the Syracuse Crunch posted back-to-back shutouts last weekend.

Riku Helenius dusted off Adirondack on Friday and Dustin Tokarski did the same to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Saturday.

Helenius (two) and Tokarski (one) have combined for three blankings this year, one more than the team posted all of last season (both by Tarkki).
