The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins swept their three-game weekend with a 2-1 shootout victory over the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at Webster Bank Arena.

After killing off the first power play of the night, the Sound Tigers went up, 1-0, when Jon Landry slipped a pass to Aaron Ness and he beat Brad Thiessen with a wrist shot over the shoulder at 4:14 of the first.

Tom Kostopoulos deflected home the game-tying goal at 4:13 of the second on a Joe Morrow wrist shot from the point. With his first marker of the season, Kostopoulos adds to his impressive resume, notching his 98th career goal and 250th regular season point with the Penguins both all-time highs for the team.
